Exchange Program - Free Fabric from Ruby Jane

Ruby Jane is participating in my "Exchange Program - Free Supplies for Tutorials". She's offering to send five 1/4 yard cuts of the new Williamsburg Sampler fabric line to three crafters, who will then use this fabric to create a project and tutorial.
