Dr. Bronner’s make a castile soap that is available in almost every natural market/health food store. You can use any liquid soap really, just try to avoid detergents, which is what is commonly available now days. Vegetable glyecrin is available wherever you find soap supplies and at many craft stores like Micheal's.
