"This fifth square is another reversible fabric with a lovely hooking
rhythm. I love me those stitches I can create without incessant
counting. And I'm on a mission now to keep each square reversible. I
discovered the solid scallop at Lion Brand Yarns Stitchfinder and
did not vary from their stitch except for length and height counts. The
fabric creates lovely fans without a lacy appearance, and has a soft
drape similar to the baby bubbles of Square 3.
It is worked with five double crochet in one stitch, skip two, single
crochet...and repeat. The fans of one row will nest in the single
crochet stitches of the previous, and the single crochet stitches will
