Tutorial - How to Make Crepe Paper Flower Rosettes

  2. My first thought was fabric too - using the contact paper. I don't see why not!

    I could have sworn there was another one where she sewed all of the petals on the machine, one after the other so they were all connected, then laid them down in a circle that way. I wish I could find that one!
